Your Guide to Kinesiology
If you are looking for a solution to your pain and stress then you have come to the right place.
Here at Bund-Ease Healing & Wellness Solutions, we pride ourselves on getting you back into life – faster and with more confidence than ever before.
We specialise in providing the most holistic of all the natural therapies to identify the causative factors that block the natural healing process of the body.
Kinesiology combines Western techniques with Eastern philosophies to enhance physical, emotional and spiritual health.
The results you can achieve, include:
- Relief from pain, stress, muscular and nervous disorders
- Allergies and nutritional imbalances identified
- Assistance to overcome psychological and learning disorders
- Stimulation of energy to release your untapped potential
Kinesiology uses a technique known as muscle testing, to identify specifically where there is energy imbalance in the body, by getting information (known as biofeedback) directly from the brain, body and nervous system.
By correctly interpreting this information, we are able to apply specific techniques to restore the balance in energy, which allows the body to more readily heal itself (which is what it is designed to do).
Some techniques include the use of acupressure, stimulation of neuro-lymphatic or neuro-vascular reflex points, emotional stress release (ESR) as well as the use of food and nutritional supplements that enhance the energy of the body.
A truly marvelous modality that is gentle yet very powerful in its ability to reveal the true cause of our problems as well as provide the information we need to get better.
By concentrating on balance in all three areas of our life (the physical and structural, mental and emotional, chemical and nutritional) we can begin to understand how these areas relate and correspond to each other. If one part is not functioning at its best, then we are going to see those imbalances in other areas as well.
Using muscle testing, the body shows us the priority area that needs correction (which may not always be where the symptoms are). This will then filter through to the other areas in our life, often eliminating or reducing the original symptoms.
Your life and your experiences are unique. You deserve a therapy that won’t categorise you, but one that will work with your specific requirements and tailor the healing process so that you gain maximum benefit.

Coaching and Kinesiology – How to Perform at your BEST
How can you perform at your best? What’s stopping you or preventing you from achieving your goals? Do you know the real reason WHY you’re not achieving your goals? Or would you like to achieve them sooner?
These are important questions you need to ask yourself if there is any area in your life that you would like to improve. Is it in business, finance, relationships, or health?
There is a lot of encouraging information out there to suggest that having a coach really does improve your performance. Just look at the world’s top athletes and business people. They will all say that they couldn’t have done it without their coach.
But what if your coach could actually help you to discover the specific things that are blocking your progress.
Such as… Why do you struggle with getting motivated? Why do you procrastinate? Why can’t you bring yourself to make those 50 sales calls you need to make today? Why do you catch every cold that’s going around? Why do all your romantic relationships seem to end in the same way, after about the same length of time? Why do you attract these circumstances or events into your life?
Could a coach really help to identify all of these WHY‘s?
ANSWER: If that coach has a knowledge and understanding of the power of kinesiology… ABSOLUTELY!!!
You may be wondering how this is possible. If so, then please read on to find out about the power and brilliance that is the profession of Kinesiology.
The dictionary describes ‘Kinesiology’ as the study of the mechanics of human movement. But kinesiology as a therapy takes that study one step further – it uses the muscles of the body as monitors of stress.
How, you may ask. Well, individual muscles are isolated (meaning they are placed into contraction and sometimes extension) and their integrity to withstand slight pressure (approx. 2lbs) is tested. Generally, if the specific muscle stays ‘locked’ in place it is said to be balanced. That is, to have the correct amount of energy in the muscle. If the specific muscle releases or ‘goes mushy’, then it is said to be imbalanced or have the incorrect amount of energy, indicating that a certain amount of stress is involved. Testing of numerous muscles in the body and interpreting the data that is revealed (which ones stay locked and which ones unlock) can provide the information that explains the answers to the questions above.
WHAT THE…
Using thousands of years of Traditional Eastern philosophy and the power of Western techniques, we are able to access our true identity and higher selves through the use of Kinesiology. This may sound far fetched, but most of us will be familiar with the terms ‘Yin and Yang’. This is a basic theory of eastern philosophy that says that each human is a replica of the universe as well as being part of it. There is yin and yang in all of us and in all things. There is a continual cycle of, yin into yang into yin and so on, as well as a small amount of yin in yang as well as yang in yin. Confused???
You may be wondering how this knowledge can be used to help you perform at your best and achieve your goals.
Well, through the use of muscle testing we are able to bypass our conscious knowledge and tap into our subconscious and higher selves and gain access to the innate intelligence of the universe (seeing as we are a replica of it as well as part of it). Some people are able to do this through meditation. For those that find this too difficult or time consuming to master, there is kinesiology.
A competent practitioner is able to test you (via your muscles) to identify the answers to all of your burning questions. To help you to gain awareness of the WHY’s to your queries about yourself. And to provide the specific healing that is required to clear any blockages to your success. By identifying where the stress lies within, and using healing techniques to defuse the stress and break down the blockages, how could you not perform at your best.
Sound too good to be true?
I would encourage anyone that employs a coach for any purpose, to ask them about the underlying causes to the problems or issues that you face, in attempting to achieve your goals. If they are unable to answer this to your satisfaction and provide you with a solution, perhaps you could suggest the power of kinesiology to them. What a tool to have in their toolbox. If all the coaches out there were able to monitor stress and assist their clients to correct their blockages, just image how unstoppable their clients would be.
That is how we are able to perform at our best. To set our goals, discover where the stress lies within, release it and achieve our goals effortlessly.
Please feel free to leave your comments or questions about this post. I would love to hear from you.

Relieve Stress and Achieve Your Goals
So how does relieving stress improve your performance and help you achieve your goals? Less stress equals improved performance. Improved performance equals goal achievement. Read on to find out more…
STRESS… We are all suffering from WAY TOO MUCH of it. Although, not all stress is bad (more on this in future issues),
I’ve noticed over the past couple of months just how many of my clients are suffering the effects of emotional stress without even realising it.
Most of my clients come to see me for physical pain – ie. shoulder, hip, neck or back tension and leave discovering that how they feel about certain things in their life are contributing to that very pain.
At first some are in denial that this could possibly be connected or associated with the physical pain that they are experiencing saying “Oh no, this is from lifting stuff at work every day,” or “it’s because I work on a computer,” or “I hurt it when I was exercising/playing….”
On the surface it is very likely that this is the case, but when we look a little deeper within ourselves we start to understand how everyday stress can contribute immensely to these problems, and it becomes the ‘AHA’ that people have been looking for.
This discovery alone has remarkable effects, without really doing too much more than that. It allows people to take action to resolve the problem. Afterall, Christopher Howard often says “a problem well stated, is a problem half solved”. After discovering and discussing the awareness of how the emotional connection is involved, many of them say “wow, that’s amazing,” or “I’d never have thought my feelings about my partner would be the cause for this.”
And the explanation I give is that, whatever happens in our life from moment to moment, we ‘feel’ a particular way about it. Just think about that for a minute. We feel some way about everything that happens.
Think of a moment when you have felt: happy, sad, angry, resentful, joyous, anxious, fearful, sympathetic, guilty, regretful, love and so on.
If there is any stress involved, this accumulates in the body and ends up becoming an ailment of some sort.
Lets look at an example:
The kids spill their brekky all over the floor, you’re already running late for work/school and you don’t even realise it but this one little event has you feeling angry or frustrated because you “just don’t have time for this”.
This adds to the “stress” you’re already under and there seems to be a never-ending supply of events such as these in your life. Sound familiar?
When these types of things are happening in your life and you feel a particular way, the stress is accumulating in the body (because the body remembers this in all of it’s cells – more on this later).
and if you’re not de-fusing these minor stresses consistently from the body, before long, you’re suffering with headaches, migraines, neck or back tension and you can’t really pinpoint the reason for why you’re suffering because it’s been building up bit by bit for so long now that you don’t really know when/how it started.
Before too long, you’ve suffered from headaches/pain regularly for years and have taken Panadol/aspirin to ease it.
But what if there was a way to ease this pain without having to rely on these medications (as much or ever again).
Would you take the responsibility to relieve and de-fuse your STRESS naturally?
If you could eliminate the emotional stress you’ve experienced in the past so that these events become just memories rather than stressful memories, would you?
In my next post, I will be sharing with you some pointers and easy simple steps to perform so that you can do just that.
So stay tuned for more tips on how to de-fuse emotional stress and relieve those aches and pains from your body. When the stress is gone, how can your performance not improve?
And when your performance improves, how can you NOT achieve your goals?
It has been a pleasure to introduce you to some of the fantastic stuff that we can do.
Some things I have planned for future editions include:
* More on pain and stress reduction
* Learning enhancement (great for the kids or anyone studying)
* Nutrition and supplements
If you have any questions or would like more information on a particular topic, or ideas for more topics in future issues, please email me or comment on this blog so that I can include it.
Thanks once again
